**Update** I did receive a refund from Signs on the Cheap. They are true to their word.Easy to design custom signs. Great website. The yard signs were stunning - bright red, easy to read, and special coated for Oregon weather. They were literally shipped within 2 days of my ordering which was wonderful as they were time sensitive. The only glitch was the metal stakes were shipped via Amazon Shipping but the signs themselves were from UPS. The signs were here in a couple days, but the stakes never got here. For some reason they were routed way north of me, then I was notified by Amazon Shipping that they were returning them to sender with no reason given. I called the sign company a little annoyed - not at them but at Amazon Shipping - and they had no idea what happened either. Customer service offered to resend the stakes. I requested they be expedited AND asked that they not use Amazon Shipping again. I was told that there was nothing she could do except place the order for the stakes again. Huh? You can't request they be expedited at least? Nope. So I'm notified again that the stakes are en route via Amazon Shipping and they are set to arrive 12 days after I've gotten the signs. Knowing I needed them, I got on Amazon.com and ordered the stakes again and they arrived two days later. I let the company know that I'd done this and they said they would refund my credit card the $37. When the stakes finally arrived via Amazon Shipping, I refused delivery so they were sent back to the sender. I can't understand why the stakes and signs aren't shipped together. It's logical and reasonable. I am sure I am not the only one who was getting untimely stakes. So yes, 100 percent behind the product and would use these folks again if I needed yard signs. They have the best prices. But I'd NOT get the stakes and buy those on my own.
