My wife have ordered a vase and flowers in March. She received the flowers but the vase was never delivered. She kept on asking either for refund of the vase or for the full delivery. (order #52008)Customer service had several mails from her and said they would get this fixed but never did. Since I am the one who found the nice design online, I also sent mails to customer service on 4th of November, and 10th of November. Last mail received by "Emily" on 10th said "I will get this dispatched" but since then NOTHING again.Silhouette Vase may offer nice design, they are harrassing customers with their CRM , but they are not reliable for customer service. My only advice : ESCAPE and DO NOT Buy from them.
