This company was the most unprofessional business that I have dealt with. I ordered in December and by End of January, had not heard anything regarding my shipping order information. Emailed the regarding my order and they said they would send another order out.Again, same thing. No information at all on the order. By this time it is the end March. The event I needed them for had past. I emailed and asked for a refund, they said they would cancel order and refund me the 140.40. No refund has happened, despite emails back and forth regarding it. I cannot understand how they can keep my money on a order they didn’t send and cancelled. Now they aren’t even responding to my numerous emails. It is May now, Almost six months since I ordered from them.
