Horrible experience!!! Just the worst small business company ever!!! I ordered my vases, they couldn’t deliver them to me , said that we will deliver once more! Once more I wrote my address and once again they couldn’t make a proper delivery! That process already took around two months!!!!! Then I kindly asked to return my money back. They asked me for the IBAN, address etc. I have all the necessary information. One month passes - no money on my bank account. I am writing - where is my money? They start acting like fools, like saying “oh can you please resend us the iban”? One month later. “Oh are you sure that your credit card is active?” I mean, how could a person possibly not be angry with such bad attitude?????? When a small business doesn’t return you YOUR MONEY???????? Already from NOVEMBER!!!!!! I am trying to figure out where my money is!!!!!!!!
