I bought a vase a couple years ago and have enjoyed it and wanted to add a second to my mantle recently. Placed an order and received an email about a week later apologizing that the order hadn’t shipped and that it would get resolved. Unfortunately the order still didn’t get shipped and at that point Emily, the founder of the company personally got involved to make sure I got my order. Love the product and the way Emily cares about her company.
