Ordered on the 28th November and order took 3 weeks to arrive, despite their email saying if nothing after 2 weeks get in touch and we will send a replacement.Had to email 7 times to find out where the parcel was. Communication was poor from my experience so I will not be using the company again. Vases look great so if you don’t mind waiting and hoping for arrival then I would recommend.
