I didn't head anything at first, after I order. I wrote to the company to ask when I got a e-mail who confirmed my order, they said it would Come.. 2 days later I got the email that my vase was sent. After 2 weeks I asked again where it was.. they answer that they didnt know, 2 weeks later i asked again and they sayit was delay but I should write again, if it wasn't arrived in the next week..I then got the vase after I had waited fore 6 weeks, since I order. and it was nicely wrapped, because it should not be bent/broken.But the vase was still completely crooked/bent in several places. And it has probably looked that way since it was made.It stands and tilts on the table and at the bottom it is broken, at the joint.I have wrote to the company again, to get a New one or get my Money back.. and they reply very fast, that they where sorry and would sent me a new one.. so now I wait and see if it will arrive faster then the first one and see if the new one is fine. I Hope..Update.. 5/11-22..Today i got my New vase - without No extra cost, and it is much better.. like the pictures.. So now im happy.. 🙂👍🏻But I can't give them all 5 stars because it takes so many week to arrive, both time, also longer then they say.
