This seller is not genuine. They appear to be throughout the entire process. That is until, your item does not arrive. I placed two orders through this website, both on the same day. I received an automated email for each order assuring me that if the item did not arrive within a 2 week period, they should ship a replacement, right away and free of charge. I waited until the two week period had passed and nothing arrived. I then contacted the seller. They claimed that both my orders were 'with my local delivery company' and that I would receive them by the end of the week. I checked the tracking numbers that issued me for my 'local delivery company' (An Post) and the numbers were not valid. So, they were lying to me. I pointed this out along with the fact that their first email states that if I don't receive my orders with two weeks - they will ship replacements. They first agreed to ship the replacements but then started back tracking, asking me to wait. I told them no and they stopped replying to my emails. If they were a genuine business - they would have absolutely no justification to start ignoring a customer's communications. I have now had to open disputes through PayPal to have my money returned. Also, just to note that the items they are selling can be purchased on Ali Express for as little as 80c. So, they are charging an extortionate rate for an item you will never receive!!!Don't get ripped off - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
