Shipment took quite a while, due to me living on the 3rd floor of an apt with no elevator. No one ever wants to deliver, but once I contacted customer service and said my package was sent back they were so friendly and willing to send me another one! Made the whole process so easy and was worth the wait. I’m so excited to add these final pieces to my living space!Thank you Silhouette Vases ! <3
