two weeks ago I placed two orders. I cancelled one of them. Now two weeks later I still haven't gotten my money back nor received the vases from the second order. The only thing I get are e-mails asking if I have received a notification about the refund and if I indicate that I have not received it they ask me exactly the same question again and if I want to keep an eye on it. I think this is a fake company. 130 euros wasted!
