So far I have ordered the bonnet scrunchy hair ties and pillow. All apart form the bonnet are excellent products.Contacted Silke about the bonnet as it doesn’t stay on (despite website saying use a pin. It makes my head sweat and itchy. Got an email saying they had replied which just took me to their sales page. Considering the amount of money it is, customer service isn’t good. Still can’t use the bonnet and still waiting for a reply.I would like to add that the pillow is 👌🏻 not had the hair ties long enough to assess yet. Please answer my email and advise what to do about an expensive bonnet that I cannot use please? Edited review …Silke got in touch with me and whilst they wouldn’t refund me for the bonnet (missed the deadline for a full refund) they offered a partial refund, which I accepted as it’s better than nothing when I can’t use the bonnet at all.Customer service was as helpfulas they could be under the circumstances.
