Lousy customer service

The customer service is terrible. While buying a saree, I was informed about the return option, but when I wanted to return or exchange it, they only allowed exchanges. If I wanted to return the saree, I had to ship it myself. The quality is very low; it feels like a product worth 300, yet I paid 1450 for it. The item does not match the online image. Please don't waste your money.
