I purchased three sarees during a buy 2 get 1 offer. The material is substandard and does not resemble the images; the colors are dull. When I contacted them, I was told to ship the items back myself. I was willing to pay for shipping, but when I asked for a refund, they rudely said I could only exchange them. They have my money and refuse to address my complaints. Please avoid this site; it’s a complete fraud that takes advantage of innocent customers.
