Very poor customer service

The customer support is extremely poor. When purchasing a saree, the return option was advertised, but when I tried to return or exchange it, I was told that only exchanges were permitted. I have to manage the shipping for returns myself. The quality is very low; it feels like a product worth 300, yet I paid 1450 for it. The item does not match the online image. I strongly recommend against buying from this seller; it’s a waste of money.
