Total FRAUDS!!!!I placed an order on 12/11/24 with an expected delivery date of 1/9/25. I understood somewhat as it was the holiday season. However, I never received an email to say that my order was shipped. I only received an email that the shipping label had been created. The status of shipping didn’t change for two weeks. So I emailed them just to get a reply from an AI bot. When I responded to the reply a live person apologized for the delay but still gave no shipping g information. I replied asking for an ETA on the delivery of my order and they CANCELLED MY ORDER!!! Like how rude is that!!! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
