Poor customer service. Ordered on 12/12/24 with a delivery date of 1/9/25 - completely understandable as this is the busiest time of year for retailers/shipping etc. When I emailed regarding missing the target delivery date and looking for an update on a new date - the response was “understand this is a busy time of year and we don’t have tracking information.” I am a GM of 10 years of a large retail company. This answer is wildly unacceptable and straight up bad customer service.Not worth your time at all. This company feels like a fraudulent and/or poorly managed operation.
