Customer service responded when I had questions about lashes. When I decided to return lashes well within the thirty day period they went dead silent on me. I have my tracking number from United States Post Office that they received my returned package. I have emailed them and called them on the phone number they provide on their website. You can only leave a voicemail on that phone number. I still have not received a refund or a response to my many, many messages and emails. And its been weeks. They are crooks.Update: after posting my complaints for 2 weeks I was finally contacted and received a refund.
