Requested an item for pickup and paid with mobile pay.I got a call saying that there was a mistake and that the store didn't have the item.There was no refund and no item.I tried contacting support but I only got an email saying they would contact the store but nothing was done.Now I have received an email to rate the service and based to my experience, it was terrible.
