I ordered three Max factor Wicked White nail polish and received one Wicked White and two Plum something. I phoned to report this and was advised to keep the incorrect shades and that the two missing Wicked White would be sent. I asked if they could be despatched urgently as the purchase was a birthday present for my daughter. They arrived within 48 hours.We all make the odd mistake and what is important is how we then deal with the situation. You handled it brilliantly. WELL DONE !
