Until this last week… when emails were fobbed off with a promise of a follow up… but no follow up.Also please note, mocking a customer and their review. Shame really Silver Mushroom because until now, your responses to others had been perfectly professional. Bottom of the barrel unprofessional response! __________________________________________________I can’t really review an order I never received, but seeing as Silver Mushroom sent me a very cheery “Thanks for your Order” and please review us email, despite telling me my item is out of stock, that they don’t know when they will have stock, ad Infinitum, I will indeed review.When the lead time advertised came and went, I emailed and received a fast reply informing me my item was out of stock and they were awaiting stock from the supplier. More weeks, I contacted again… same reply. More weeks, this time rather frustrated as the item is still advertised with the same lead time, I contacted again. All chasing up is up to me… SM seem to forget they haven’t given you the goods you paid for once your money is in their bank.When I queried this I was told their site had it advertised as out if stock. Such a pointless lie when I can see it is not. I wait on… the company is cheaper. But also beware if you are thinking of placing an order …. They have recently just narrowly avoided being struck off by Companies House.
