I placed my order on Nov 30, 2023. Checked with Customer Service (CS) on Dec 3 to better understand the dispatch date and the missing 10% off for my first order. No response so I called them. The girl said will refund the 10% and it will take 5-7 days. I emailed them again on Dec 7 on the shipment status. CS responded it will be dispatched the following week and that I will receive a notification when it leaves their warehouse.I emailed them again on Dec 12 as I still haven't received my notification nor the 10% refund. They replied saying their supplier has let them down and shipment won't be after the new year. They asked if I would be interested at other items. I said no as I only wanted my ordered item. I asked how much discount can they offer to compensate the delays and asked when will it likely to arrive at their warehouse.They were only able to offer another 10%. I asked them again when will it land? They said early Feb 2024!?! When they said delayed and it will be after the New Year I would expect it to be early Jan NOT Feb!VERY disappointed as I thought I ordered early so that it could arrive before Christmas :(I have today Dec 12, 2023 asked for a full refund. Let's see this time they can complete the refund within 5-7 working days. If not I will probably need to call them up.Horrible experience... 'tis was my first time ordering with them... will be the last too.
