Disappointed with Silver Mushroom. Placed my order #244643. Emailed customer service asking why my order hasn’t been dispatched. I was told it would be arriving on Friday and be dispatched on Friday or Monday. This did not happen. I again emailed them to ask what the hold up was. I was told they were waiting for it to arrive from the supplier. Today I tried to contact customer service by phone but no one answered my calls. Next I emailed to tell them I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund. They emailed back with an apology and told me I would get a refund. My opinion the order should not have been accepted when it wasn’t in stock. Also the money should not have been taken from my until it was shipped. Not happy with customer service not answering my phone call. I won’t be using this company again.
