I emailed to query one of my items that appeared to contain rot and they just never got back to me. Otherwise the products are lovely. It was just one item I had an issue with and I believed it to just be bad luck - sometimes items can be faulty. The biggest disappointment is the disregard and ignoring my attempts to email them. If you get non faulty items then fab. If you run into issues then you’ll see if just another company that doesn’t care about customer relations, they have the money and that’s where it ends for them.
