I ordered a stool, I built it, and it was faulty. The seat part didn’t fit to the legs, was completeley misshaped. I requested costumer service a pick up and a full refund for the faulty item. I was told they are unable to organise a pick up, although I mentioned I do not own a car, and our drop off point quite far. I am elderly and they were expected me to walk with a built chair on my back to a drop off point, after sending a faulty item ??I ended up buying some carpenter tools and fixed myself. All for extra cost of mine of course. Not to mention the delivery was long, 11 days ( says 2-7 on the website) . Quality control and costumer service needs improving.
