Terrible serviceI ordered 2 items over 4 weeks ago. There were supposed to arrive in 2-3 days. After about a week I emailed to find out where they were. I was told, a few days later, that I would receive a date shortly. I was then provided with tracking details that did not work. I chased about this a few times and was told that the link might be wrong but the items would be delivered. When I still hadn't heard anything, I followed up again and was provided with a date for delivery. On the date, I was told I would be sent a 3 hour slot. This never came and when I chased, I was told that there had been some error with the delivery service. I was then provided with another date and again told that I would receive at delivery slot. That was today (over 4 weeks later) and I never received a text or response to my emails about why this has not been provided. In addition to the inconvenience of not having the items, the wasted time spent chasing the items, I have also wasted 2 days waiting at home (when I needed to be at work). Totally shambolic company and very disappointing service. I am still waiting for the items.
