Placed order 16 October, didn’t despatch until 25 October and still not arrived, nearly 2 weeks after placing order. No contact made to say there were delays until the day of despatch, some 9 days later. It’s since been delayed with Hermes, which I appreciate is not Silver Mushrooms fault, but customer service response times from Silver Mushroom are very slow - 2/3 days at least. Will not be ordering again.
