Ordered a set of Mason Cash bowls, three out of four were marked, scratched, chipped and had poor paint work, they look like seconds but it definitely doesn’t state this on the website. Sent an email straight away and received no response. Sent a second email asking for someone to contact me…nothing. Really poor customer service. Avoid.
