Firstly, this service is DEFRA registered, and I verified it on the official government website. Some companies I contacted claimed to be registered but weren't actually on the list. Communication was excellent, and I received a checklist in advance to ensure all documentation was in order. Payment options were straightforward and easy. But truly, it was the driver who made the travel day so pleasant and easy. Traveling with an animal can be stressful, but I felt we were in safe hands. The driver arrived on time and found us immediately at the train station. He is a logistical expert with great knowledge and experience in transportation. The car was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for my cat and me. My cat remained calm throughout the 4-hour journey. Animals can sense these things! I would highly recommend this service. I couldn’t have asked for more or wished for a better experience. It was perfect!
