This the first time I was travelling with my cat and I was stressed about how things would go. However, Tiberius made the trip seem so straightforward. I could not have wished for a better service. Tiberius' attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. He had thought of every minuscule eventuality and planned for it. He even had a litter tray in the car in case my cat needed it! The 5 star service started well before the trip though. Tiberius provided insights about the required travel documents and other preparations that were proven invaluable, while on the day, he explained everything very well and his knowledge of the Euroshuttle processes meant that we were even able to catch an earlier train!
