Overall outstanding service, although there were moments when the office took a bit longer to respond to queries and arrange visits. However, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the service, especially from the representative who managed the repairs. Their work was remarkable, showcasing great attention to detail, courtesy, and a high level of skill.
A frustrating experience with the service. A plumber was scheduled but didn’t arrive, leaving my flatmate waiting since 9:30 a.m. without any update or explanation. After reaching out to customer support, we received no response. This followed a previous visit where the plumber came but failed to resolve the issue, leading to wasted time on multiple occasions. The lack of communication and reliability is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the service.
The technician arrived on time to replace a faulty external light with a new flood light. Although I wasn't present, he adhered to the instructions perfectly and resolved the issue. This marks my second experience with the service. A trustworthy team, helpful over the phone, and quick to respond to emails.
I have relied on the service intermittently for over ten years for various jobs as I've moved homes. I've consistently encountered excellent individuals. It’s significant to note that the technician I worked with recently is the best I've had. I'm thrilled with his work. I've called on him multiple times over the past two years, initially to address a challenging issue caused by another service that I had to discontinue.
