This is the first time I've felt the need to write a review online. Many comments about fake or inactive profiles on this platform are accurate. I've sent numerous "hearts" with minimal responses, which is disheartening. My account has now been blocked without explanation. To unblock it, they request a copy of my driver's license or passport. I clarified that I hadn't changed anything in my profile and hadn't messaged anyone due to the lack of engagement. After downloading their app, my account was blocked within hours, and I can no longer log in through Google as I used to. I've asked the service to delete my account immediately and stop any recurring charges since I can't do it myself. Time will tell if I need to write another review regarding billing or if a friend can still see my profile when it should be deleted.
