This is my first review online, and I feel the need to express my frustration. Many comments about fake or inactive profiles are true. I've sent many "hearts" but received little in return, which is discouraging. My account has been blocked without explanation, and to lift the block, they require a copy of my driver's license or passport. I explained that my profile hasn’t changed and I haven't messaged anyone due to the lack of responses. After downloading the app, my account was blocked within hours, and I can’t log in through Google as I used to. I've requested the service to delete my account and stop recurring charges since I can't do it myself. Only time will tell if I’ll need to write another review about billing issues or if a friend can still see my profile when it’s supposed to be deleted.
