I ordered from this business a week before Christmas. I had messaged the owner prior to ordering and the communication was great. She advised I’d bypassed the guaranteed Christmas delivery date, which was fine as it wasn’t a Christmas gift, just a payday treat for myself :) to my surprise it arrived 2 days later! Extremely well packaged and it included a thank you card with guide on when to burn freshly poured melts, plus a discount code for my next order! I loved the personal touches. Just an all round great service and exactly why we should all be supporting small businesses whenever we can.
