They deserve no stars for the way they rip people off! I ordered the Disney personalised mug. This mug is supposed to be 3D with ceramic characters hanging from a golden bar with a golden castle in the background. On the advert, it is a 3D item with the disney characters moving when the mug moves. Instead I ended up with a flat 2D print with my name. Very disappointing!No response after many emails and a waste of over AUD$50 plus postage!!DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!!
