Total scam. Originally had a 16" doll in the cart, and it offered me a free upgrade of clothing for that doll. Then, my daughter changed her mind and wanted the larger doll which was 20" long. For some reason, I could not remove the free doll clothes for the 16" doll, which should have been a warning flag I suppose. A payment came through on my credit card account from "Garmentgraceful" and I received typical-looking emails re: the order. A week later, went to check on delivery and couldn't find a tracking number. Went to the store via the link and it said the store was not yet launched. That was when I started to get suspicious, and looked online and found these reviews. I called my bank, destroyed my old and got a new credit card, and after a mandatory delay period disputed the charge as fraudulent, as nothing ever came to the house. It also appears that despite saying "most orders ship within 8-10 business days" or whatever it said, it was actually a "pre-order". My guess is they do that because it delays things legally but honestly I expect that due to being a Hong Kong company, nothing really ever happens because of this. I'm just glad it was a gift for my daughter, and not a grieving Mom who tried to buy one to handle her grief or something. Could not talk to anyone at Silviicia or Garmengraceful, so now I just have to wait up to 60 days for my bank to reverse these charges into my account.
