My daughter purchased a cosplay for over $250 expecting great quality. It was made with super cheap quality (she has since bought one for $100 from Amazon that used actual cloth and metal).They do not honor a true return, as they do not help provide a return shipping label. We are seeing over $150 shipping prices to return this product, which means we ARE NOT getting our money back. This website is a SCAM as far as I'm concerned. Do not give them a cent.
