I ordered a costume from simcosplay. I did not plan correctly how long it would take to make and then be delivered. That was on me.You have to understand if you order anything from Halloween you aren’t the only one with that idea and you might experience delays. Give yourself enough time to recover the costume especially around busy Halloween. I have got to say the customer service for me was top tier. I emailed the company to discuss the timeline and they answered quickly and were polite. I decided to opt for a refund due to my own miscalculation and wanting something to wear for Halloween even though they said it would get here on time I cut it so close that if it didn’t fit for any reason I’d be screwed. They understood my situation and a full refund was pending back to my bank account within the hour. Even though I did not get a costume ( again due to my own miscalculation) I have got to say this was one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had and because of how they handled the situation I am willing to order from them again in the future based simply off of that.
