Placed order Wednesday mid afternoon. Rang on Thursday pm to make sure that bit would be done that day. Customer relations person promised that it would be printed and sent that day. Did not receive confirmation of order completed by 4pm so rang again and told it would definitely be completed that day and I would be informed of tracking number on Friday morning. No tracking numbers rang again and was told it had not been printed as promised on two occasionsI have used your service many times but this time I feel I have been messed about. Still waiting for refund
