EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY OF SHOES AND APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICEI wore gold heels to a dinner which I went to via a car, sat for 3 hours and came back via a car. These heels are my usual height of 4-5inch, gold in colour and have diamonte strip around all the straps - so they are pretty glam heels which you can only wear to an occasion.After one wear, the diamonte strip was hanging off over my toes. I contacted customer service within one week of purchasing the shoes, via email to request a refund. I did not receive a response and followed this up again via email, to which I received a response advising they'd like to see a pic, I sent a pic the same day. THEY DID NOT STATE that they cannot process a refund AT THIS POINT. I sent a pic and awaited a response. 1.5 weeks later, I received no response therefore I followed this up. I received a reply the same day advising they will not process a refund because it has been over 14 days!1- I have an email delivery receipt of contacting customer service requesting a refund, sent within 1 week of wearing the heels ONCE.2 - They stated that any faults after 14 days of purchase are not refunded - I REPEAT - any fault after 14 days or purchase is not refunded. I have never heard of something so absurd! This is not wear and tear after months or wearing. This is a fault in the heels within the first week of purchasing and within the first wear. This alleged policy basically means they only guarantee their shoes for a period of 2 weeks and anything after this if your shoes are faulty they do not care. Considering these are not daily shoes they sell, but actual occasion wear heels that you would barely get 1 wear within a 2 week period to even notice a fault.3. IF they allege that I only contacted them outside of the 14 days period (which is not true) however if it was, then why did customer service continue to ask me for a picture, review the picture, not respond to me, then finally reply to say it's been over 14 days? Surely, if it has been over 14 days from the first contact I made to them, then they should have stated that THEN, and not asked me for pictures. This has now been going on for almost 2 months, to then be told I cannot receive a refund.The quality of heels now at SImmi London is ridiculous an their customer service is appalling not to mention this alleged policy of not returning FAULTY heels if its been over 14 days. A pair of snake skin gold diamonte heels will not get everyday wear for 14 days for one to know they are faulty! One would only know the heels are faulty once they wear them to an occasion which could be days after the purchase, or a week or so after a purchase. These aren't trainers these are occasion wear heels!APPALLING. I will continue to leave reviews on all platforms to bring their score down and make others aware to NOT BUY FROM HERE. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere ladies.
