After further investigation, it appears this representative is heavily involved with the new site and is overly defensive about any criticism. Later, when I attempted to delete several old posts, I encountered further issues, as it seems I need administrator approval for any deletions. I tried again to remove them while consolidating the content, but after checking the site later, I discovered I had been banned for a vague reason. It seems the same sensitive representative was behind this decision. This platform feels poorly managed, resembling the frustrating experience often associated with certain online moderators. My advice: avoid posting anything, as you lose all control over your content and the support team is unhelpful and unresponsive.
