I never signed up for this app. I noticed a $99.99 charge on my credit card today and reviewed my credit card history. They were actually successful in defrauding me of $700.00 since 2025, charging me quarterly. I contacted customer service who said I signed up and sent me a page with no information on it suggesting I signed up. I looked at their receipt and it said the receipt was issued at 3:31 am. Does anybody think a senior citizens signs up for a weight loss program in the middle of the night? I have cancelled my credit card, and reported this to VISA as fraud.Stay away from these people.
