I mistakenly blamed Simple Life for a chargers on my credit card. When they received my text they investigated & couldn’t find anything & told me how to go about showing them the chargers. When I realized it was my mistake, I profusely apologized. They were so kind & considerate & even told me how I could get their service without charge. We’ve had numerous conversations & I have never felt so honored to be treated with such respect & kindness. I thank especially Emily & I hope they show this to the training department & to the company administrators. Thank you Simple Life. You made this old widowed RN a very blessed person.
