The app itself is a virtual AI assistant to help a person lose weight and gain control of cravings and health. I personally have used the app for about 4 months and really enjoyed the friendly feedback from it to track my food and get my exercise in. It has a virtual fluffy animated character that reminds you to drink more water and to log your food. Personally I believe it’s very helpful in weight loss management & adding extra logs about how you feel at various times of the day and what would be a better nutritional meal than what you just ate is very helpful and useful. It also tracks your choices of fasting times and when one have reached certain level of fasting stages. A lot of really helpful articles about fasting and food habits and water intakes that are useful for weight loss.
