Lost 8.5 lbs my first month. I am happy with that average weight loss in my first 4 weeks.
I started at 212 and went down to 203.5 lbs in 4 weeks.
I have 38.5 lbs left. At this rate, i will be at my ideal weight in a little over 4 months from now, by mid to end of July this summer!
