For 14 days, using Simple and achieved 3 kg weight losses (from 86 to 83 kg. ) and my morning-mesured blood sugar level dropped from average 6,5 to average 5,1 mmol/liter.! "Simple" is the great APP, with very helpful advices and amazingly, friendly support ! It worth every cent invested, and I get much more than I expected. I'm very satisfied with APP and the results.
