I signed up for the $1.00 trial & then it became a subscription for $44/month. I have been trying to cancel but have not been able to. I called, the recording said I was the 13th caller & would speak to an agent in 12 minutes. It kept going down the line until I was the 1st caller & they'd transfer me to the agent - then it said it couldn't take my call & hung up.
