I was reluctant to signup but I did it for £1 and managed to cancel my subscription through the app. At the end of the trial period, simple offered me another couple of months for another £1 and as cancelling was an easy process, I accepted. Little did I know that even though I had another year of free app they charged me as if I had finished my initial trial and not had the extra year. I then reached out and they said to simply cancel the subscription, which I did but the refund never made its way back to me. I'm still trying to get it back!!!
