A couple of days ago, I tried checking out at the store only to find the transaction wasn't going through. I tried pulling money from the ATM, transferring money, etc. I discovered a hold has been placed on my account and I have no suspicious activity whatsoever. I created a support ticket and still have not received a response 2 days later. Yesterday (about 20 hours after the hold was enacted), I finally got a live person on the phone. They told me I was ineligible for help. To be very clear, I am ineligible for help, I cannot access my money, I cannot transfer my money, customer service hangs up on me after saying I'm ineligible for help, and they've refused to tell my why I'm ineligible. This is illegal. Their contact says that anyone is free to contact them within their business hours (which I did contact within business hours). To not offer services you offer other individuals while stating that you offer those services is illegal. For context, my account has $3,500 in it. Fortunately, I was able to stall my other invoices from being paid. If I hadn't, I'd have over $7,500 locked.I have no pending charges except for my normal bills (a few subscriptions are automatic, that amount to less than $100/mo) and the rest of my bills I manually pay (like groceries and rent).I am unable to pay rent. I'm unable to pay for my dogs surgery. I'm unable to buy groceries. Basically, I lost that $3,500 with no explanation and no solution.Up until this point, I've never had a problem. In fact, any issue was almost solved within minutes. Customer service was never rude to me. I've had holds on my account before for new transactions but only that amount. These people put a hold on ALL of my money.
