Wish I’d read more reviews! Signed up for 3 months but wanted to cancel on 2nd day when I realised the app was rubbish.. Tried to cancel my subscription through their app, says it will send a code to my email.. 10 times tried , no code . Don’t answer any of the emails I’ve sent… Absolute con and AVOID at all costs . The app itself is useless and didn’t monitor my fasting in real-time !! Now gotta find a way to stop any more payments.UPDATE: I tried to comment and ask a question on their fb page but moderators blocked me and Ive since discovered they’ve tried 2 x in the past few days to take more payments which weren’t even due as I had paid for a 3 month sign up only a week earlier.Yet my account says I need to upgrade to premium to see any details of my account!Had to inconvenience myself and freeze my credit card to stop the payments.
