I purchased the lifetime pass when the service was just starting and had that option available. Now, it seems the lifetime pass is no longer compatible with the recent update. I feel like I wasted my money, believing I would have lifetime access. When I reached out to the support team, they only informed me that my lifetime pass was bought before their price increase and that I would need to upgrade to an active subscription to access the latest features. While my existing indicators remain, new updates require an active subscription. Why offer a lifetime option if it doesn't hold up? This feels like a major scam!
